The response is stuck on "Thinking..." and doesn't return

This means the OpenAI API processing is taking too long and timing out. Please try again after a while or try making your question or instruction more specific.

The AI doesn't respond or behave as expected in partner tasks

All responses and actions from GACHI.ai are based on AI judgment. AI is a developing technology and often has difficulty fully understanding human requests, so please understand this limitation.

However, specifying context (background information and detailed current information) clearly or giving more specific instructions often leads to significant improvement, so it's effective to work on how you give instructions.

Is GACHI.ai's information always correct?

No, it's not always correct. While GACHI.ai can search and investigate the latest information from the internet, it may misunderstand instructions or generate incorrect information known as "hallucinations," despite improvements.

Therefore, please avoid using it for important decisions and always verify the content thoroughly.

Are there any tips for using GACHI.ai?

Make sure to clearly communicate context (background information and detailed current information) and give specific instructions.

Like humans, AI cannot respond appropriately without purpose and specific information. We recommend giving instructions with clear intent, as you would to a colleague or subordinate.

Which AI model should I use?

The OpenAI models available for selection in GACHI.ai settings are only those that are actually available for use in GACHI.ai. While you can use any model, performance and pricing differ, so please check the details on OpenAI's site. Currently, "gpt-4" is recommended.

Also, other AI models may be temporarily used for specific functions such as image generation.

What prompts do you use?

We apologize, but we cannot disclose the prompts as they are company secrets.

Even if you somehow learn the content of the prompts, they (except for some parts) are works protected by copyright law and cannot be used or adapted.

How are version updates handled?

GACHI.ai continuously adds and improves features with user convenience and security as top priorities.

All these updates are done on the server side, so users don't need to take any action.

Are there size limits for file uploads?

Yes, the following size limits apply to file uploads:

  • Image files: maximum 5MB
  • Other files (PDFs, text files, etc.): maximum 20MB

For larger files, we recommend extracting the important parts or splitting them into multiple uploads.

How are conversation histories with the AI managed?

Conversations with GACHI.ai are stored as regular messages within Slack threads. For privacy protection, we only store minimal information (such as usage statistics) on our servers and do not store the conversation content itself. You can delete conversation history using Slack's standard features.

When is the expert AI's knowledge updated?

The expert AI's basic knowledge is based on the final training date (cutoff date) of the OpenAI model, but you can also get the latest information by using the Web search function. Important specialized knowledge such as legal amendments and new technical information is updated periodically, but we recommend that you always check the latest specialized information.

Can I use it simultaneously in multiple workspaces?

Yes, you can use it simultaneously in multiple Slack workspaces. However, each workspace is a separate contract, and user counts and billing are calculated separately. You need to set up API keys individually for each workspace.

Does it support languages other than English?

Yes, GACHI.ai supports multilingual conversations, primarily in Japanese and English. However, specialized terminology and industry-specific expressions are most accurate in Japanese and English. Basic conversations are possible in other languages as well, but we recommend using Japanese or English for complex content.

Is it safe to input confidential company information into the AI?

While GACHI.ai is designed with privacy in mind, it is generally not recommended to input highly confidential information (such as personal information or company secrets) into AI. The input information is sent to OpenAI's system and processed according to their privacy policy. When handling particularly important information, we recommend generalizing or anonymizing the information.

Can I customize part-timer tasks myself?

In the current version, you can select from the standard part-timer tasks provided. We plan to add custom task creation features in future updates, but customization is not possible at this time. If you have specific needs, please contact our support team so we can consider them for the next update.
