About Subscription Contract

Billing Cycle

The billing cycle period is one month, starting from the day you subscribe to the Pro Plan.

Billing is based on the number of users during the period.

For example, if you join the Pro Plan on March 5, the first billing cycle period will be from March 5 to April 4. The next billing cycle period will be from April 5 to May 4.

How User Count Works

The number of users (based on Slack user IDs) in your workspace who have used the service is counted.

A user is counted as one user even if they use the service in different channels.

A workspace is counted as one workspace.

Payment Methods

Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available. Please register your payment method when joining the Pro Plan.

Payments are processed through Stripe (https://stripe.com/).

Invoices and receipts can be downloaded from the Stripe portal site.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal site.

Please note that the plan will be canceled immediately and payment will be processed even if it's the first day of the billing cycle period.

Can I switch from the Free Plan to the Pro Plan later?

Yes, you can switch from the Free Plan to the Pro Plan at any time. You can upgrade to the Pro Plan from the Slack app settings screen.

When will I be billed?

The first billing occurs when you join the Pro Plan, and subsequent billings are based on the monthly billing cycle.

Is there a prorated refund for cancellations?

No, there is no prorated calculation for cancellations. Even if you cancel during a billing cycle period, the full fee for that period will be charged.

How can I check the number of users?

You can check the current number of users and their details from the Slack app admin screen. You can also check by running the slash command /gachi-status.
